Maria Medley- Owner/ Pilates Teacher
Born January 14, 1978 in Portland, Oregon. Her parents moved to Florida in 1989. Graduated from Palm Bay High School in 1996. In the summer of 1999 she discovered Pilates and it changed her life for the better. She started training in the pilates method with PAPT. Finished with the certificate and apprenticeship in the beginning of 2002. Became PMA certified in middle of 2007. Along the way she found a partnership with a colleague. Together they opened a company in 2004 and they grew into a bigger location. Like all good thing this came to a end. In January 2013 My Absolute Pilates was created. She has worked allot with clients with all types of physical challenges. Every workout is specifically modified for each individual. With the continuous knowledge from the best educators she is able to know the different physical needs; And can design the best program for each student.
